Regional Manager [ K9 ]

Job Title: Regional Manager
Department: Operations
Reports To: Country Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
SUMMARY:

The Regional Manager will oversee the implementation of various Operations Plans in the assigned region in order to accomplish the assigned mission, fulfill all contract deliverables, and optimize the use of AMK9 resources.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement the Operations Plan with minimal problems and issues;
Formulate a Regional Business Strategy for developing new business;
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the Military Working Dog (MWD) Program Manager in the assigned region (client);
Formulate best practice guidelines/policies to ensure compliance with contractual deliverables, client standards, and international standards;
Conduct performance management and development of staff;
Develop a team based culture that reduces turnover in the workforce;
Plan and control annual budgets and maintain 100 % accountability of all assigned assets (AMK9 and USG).

REQUIREMENTS:
Be able to work overseas in austere conditions;
Must have, or be able to obtain, a DOD/NATO secret level security clearance;
Must have a valid driver’s license.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree preferred;
PMP, PMI Certification preferred;
Military or Law Enforcement preferred;
International experience in logistics, operations, and training management preferred.
