Qualifications/Requirements: 
-Bachelor’s Degree or above, Preferably in public security management.
-5-10 years of professional background in law enforcement, security management or intelligence for governmental agencies or multinational companies.
-Strong experience in managing and conducting security operations including physical security, investigations, personal protection and crisis management.
-Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
-Experience implementing security policy in a manner consistent with business and legal imperatives and internal/external cultural differences
-Experience with operational risk management and analysis serving multiple tenants/clients
-knowledge of physical security/asset protection methodology and implementation
-Knowledge of investigation protocol, including interview techniques, reporting, collection of evidence and legal requirements
-Full knowledge of emergency response planning and execution, crisis management, disaster recovery operations and business continuity
-Be familiar with Venezuela public security laws and regulations, Good relationship with authorities, national law enforcement, security organizations and private sector counterparts
- Be familiar with guarding management and security systems, such as access control, CCTV, intrusion alarms.
- PC Proficiency
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish (Fluency in English and Spanish)
