Job Description
SOS International Ltd. (SOSi) is seeking a Junior Counterintelligence Agent (LST) to assist our customer in the performance of HUMINT and Counterintelligence (CI) missions at secure and fixed locations, in order to free the customer to focus on support to ongoing operation and collection activities. This position will report to the in-country program manager.

Essential Job Duties:
• Performs routine and recurring CI missions from fixed and secure locations (defined as bases, camps and installations)
• Assists in conducting missions, such as debriefing of personnel, Intelligence liaison with installation units/personnel

• Provides support to OPSEC/SAEDA/TARP awareness programs, CI/security assessments, screening of locally employed persons (LEP screening), initial handling of walk-ins, Counterintelligence support to force protection, and intelligence report writing/quality control

• Coordinates with the Direct Support CI Detachment, and support CI/HUMINT operations. HSTs and LSTs will be equipped to travel and operate from multiple fixed sites, with the assigned Action Officer and In accordance with unit procedures, but will not conduct intelligence missions outside of secure areas

• Provides support for assisting, directing, coordinating, and participate in collection operations to obtain intelligence information in support of Army, DOD and Theater requirements

• Assists the government with the coordination of CI activities

• Facilitates the scheduling and assignment of HST/LST tasks, In accordance with the CI Detachment

• Supports the production of reports and conducts quality control of completed reports/products produced by the HST/LST.

• Ensures the two-way flow of information between LST/HST and CI is moving efficiently and effectively

• Desired personnel should be former counterintelligence or human intelligence collectors and familiar with their required skill sets

• Must be very familiar with OPSEC, SAEDA, LEP screening operations/programs, as well as CI and HUMINT reporting procedures

• Knowledge of Army/Joint procedures, data processing systems such as Biometric Automated Tool Sets (BATs), Preliminary Credibility Assessment Screening System (PCASS) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) search engines

• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements
• Must meet current eligibility requirements for access to classified information; US citizenship required

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience; OR 7 years of relevant experience (counterintelligence agents (non-supervisory) must be trained counterintelligence agents/HUMINT collectors)

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle

• Ability to manage confidential information

• Ability to organize and prioritize work

• Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
