Admin & Logistics Security Specialist ,OCONUS

Essential Functions •Shall act as the administrative focal point for the Local Program Office to ensure recruitment, training, deployment, and other documentation is initiated and forwarded as required.
•Plans and carries out those duties assigned to him/her by the PM
•Assists in the planning, development, and administration of a comprehensive administrative and logistics support program to serve the needs of HTP. This includes overseeing and coordinating inventory management, procurement actions, maintenance, repairs, and serviceability of all protective equipment, tactical equipment, and supplies for the PSS operations
•Maintains active and accurate equipment records of all protective security specialists (PSS) personnel assigned
•Coordinates the shipment of program equipment and materials with the HTP, U.S. Embassy, and host country
•Documenting, as necessary, that the proper customs, procedures, and standards are adhered to
•Maintains, in conjunction with existing operations, strict accountability of equipment, supplies, spare parts, etc. through a computerized file and accounting system associated with each Task Order (TO) issued under this contract
•Prepares support documentation for all incoming and out-going personnel traveling to other countries in support of the contract
•Coordinates transport with the HTP and U.S. Embassies for all incoming and outgoing WPS Program personnel to/from the airport and ensures housing needs are met both in-transit and in-country
•Arranges and/or confirms air transport schedule, following HTP and Post guidelines for various optional travel routings
•On a short-term basis, and only in the absence of the Local Program Manager, assumes the on-site role and responsibilities of the Local Project Manager

•This position / labor category shall be vetted and approved by HTP
•Level 3 English proficiency
•Have a minimum of three (3) years experience performing administrative and logistical support duties
•Have strong written and interpersonal skills
•Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills
•Have experience working with a wide range of procurement and logistics issues
•Have the ability to maintain strong working relationships and deal effectively with other personnel
•Have experience supporting overseas administrative and logistical support issues
•Must be at least 21 years of age
•Must have valid, current driver’s license and passport
•In the case of military service, all military discharges must have been under honorable conditions
•No impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy
•Must pass detailed medical evaluation and physical fitness test
•Must be able to qualify and remain current in weapons normally carried by law enforcement officers, e.g., semi-automatic pistol, rifles, sub-machine guns, and shotguns
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a Personnel Security clearance and/or Public Trust Certification
