The Role
The KSAP (KAUST Security Apprentice Program) is a KAUST initiative to recruit and train high quality & transferable pipeline of Saudi security personnel who are capable of running a high performance security operation.

The program will provide both 'on the job' and external training designed to develop niche skills in industrial security operation.
Trainee Security Officer will work in designated places within KAUST to provide the Security and Safety of all Human and Physical assets.

Requirements
To secure, patrol or manage, but not limited to: Property, buildings, receptions , Access control, barriers, vehicle or person searches, Schools, vehicle patrols, traffic control, vehicle policing duties, explosive detection, computer operator, fire warden, segway patrols, marshaling, event security and fire safety, life saving First Aid including AED, ID Stickers/ID or& fingerprint scanning.

Prepare basic reports on anomalies spotted & action taken as may be requested by supervisor in order to support the documentation process of accidents / anomalies.
English as a Second Language.
Technical Skills
Produces and completes all legal and administration documentation.
Wears uniform at all times correctly.
Performs security and admin tasks designated to him working to KPIs
Non-Technical Skills or Attributes
Punctuality, commitment, Efficient and effective multitasking skills & ability to work under pressure.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
Excellent Customer Service and public relation skills with a “can do “attitude.
Minimum high school graduate.
Saudi National.
Mentally and physically capable
Must pass background and drugs checks.
