Provision of assistance to administrative security tasks;
Provision of assistance during security training programs;
Provision of basic translation services for the Security Unit as required
Provision of reliable and secure driving services.
1. Provides assistance in the following administrative security tasks where required:
Ensures daily update
Assists with local procurement of items where required
Prepares the daily radio checklist
Prepares the weekly staff list in cooperation with all projects
Prepares Mission Clearance Requests as required and monitors the progress of those clearances
Conducts initial MOSS compliance inspections
Acts as a building warden for fire, evacuation or other emergency
Assists with implementation of contingency plans,such as mass casualty response, when needed
Maintains the Country Office Phone Tree
Coordinates project input to the UNOCHA Phone Tree
