Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent, experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Regional Security Manager NSW/ACT. Reporting to the National Security Operations Manager, you will apply your expertise to a variety of situations confidentially and to the highest standard.
Key accountabilities for the role include but are not limited to:
1. Maintenance of security operations across the State
2. Investigation of security related incidents
3. Conducting site risk assessments
4. Leading a small team of security investigators and firearms instructors
Key attributes required for the role are:
1. Demonstrated analytical skills to undertake investigations and site risk assessments.
2. Experience in detailed and complex investigations within a Policing environment and within a corporate security environment.
3. Strong communication skills to conduct interviews and provide detailed written reports on security matters.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with employees at any level across the business, including executive management.
5. Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, business or related discipline.
6. Up to date knowledge of security code of conduct and related security firearms legislation and regulation.
