Regional Security Manager - Ireland

Successful National Retailer seeks a Security Manager to ensure the integrity of Company stock and personnel to minimise losses and increase profitability at 40 retail stores throughout Ireland. Responsible for identifying areas of business vulnerable to loss and implementing cost effective solutions; security design & equipment, technology, services and systems & procedures. Conducting investigations into dishonesty and breach of procedure. Effectively communicating with Regional and Store Management and external agencies. Developing effective security training programmes and presentations. Providing accurate and timely information on all security matters for management and in-house & contract security officers. Ideal candidate will have a good understanding of employment law and legislation governing criminal investigations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and interviewing skills and experience in a similar role within a multi site retail organisation.
