Purpose:
During a three-month consultancy, review existing and develop security policies and procedures within a security management system (SMS). The roll out period for the SMS will be 2012 – 2015
APPLICATION:
1. Candidates should submit a Technical Proposal (TP) with detailed methodology for carrying out the tasks identified in section 3 of ToR “Tasks to be performed”;
2. Consultant should also provide her/his CV and a covering statement along with the TP, outlining experience of similar consultancies and services carried out in the field of INGO security management.
