Responsibilities:
- To lead and develop the management teams to deliver Loss Prevention and Security routines in stores, to protect company assets and provide a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
- Support team members to deliver service and/or manage other resources to deliver service using analysis and judgement.
- Supporting store's implementation of Loss Prevention and Shrink change initiatives.
- Reviewing shrink and stock loss trends and putting plans in place to support underperforming stores. Supporting the stock take process.
- Support the stores to achieve all security performance measures.
- Check that all stores in the area have Loss Prevention and Security Sustainability plans.
- Demonstrate yearly improvements in stock results, cash losses and crime reduction in stores. Challenge Security providers to deliver consistently high standards of service in all stores in the area.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years experience in the field of loss prevention or retail awareness.
- Good command of English and BahasaMalaysia.
- Serious commitment to responsibilities with the ability to work under pressure.
- Possess a strong drive to succeed as well as personal integrity. Able to manage change effectively and gain commitment.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Menjalara, Kepong.
