SECURITY Manager
An opportunity exists for an experienced Security professional to join a rapidly expanding organisation and contribute to driving the
organisation’s bottom-line revenue.
Reporting to the Senior Security Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of Port facility
Security Plans, and maintain PNGPCL’s ISPS Code Compliance in all its ports to ensure the organisation achieves its corporate objectives.
Required skills and qualifications:
• A bachelors degree in Management or equivalent in Security Management
• At least five years of experience in a senior Supervisory or Management role
• Good Leadership qualities and People Management skills
• Has experience in Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Cost control
• Experience in Security Assessments, Risk Management and good Investigation skills
• Has experience in developing policies, procedures and duty statements
• Emergency Management and Business Recovery
• Knowledge of Electronic Security Systems
• Proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Maritime Security or the ISPS Code is desirable
