ABG currently requires a Security Co-ordinator Plant with 10 years of experience to apply their security experience and leadership skills, and mentor the Security team. Minimum of 5 years experience in a security management position is required. Experience in working in developing Countries and knowledge of advanced security systems will be considered an asset.
KEY RESULT AREAS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The ideal candidate for this position would demonstrate the following primary knowledge, skills, and attributes:
Manage the provision of security services.
Liaise with Process Plant Operations groups as required to support the security function.
Communicate with the Process Plant Security Superintendent to ensure that information is received and analyzed with the aim of protecting the company’s people and assets.
Support the Security Manager and Process Plant Security Superintendent in deploying initiatives and strategies relating to information gathering, analysis and management.
Record and report security events as required in a timely manner regarding Process security.
Self-Management and Personal Traits:
Report to the Process Plant Security Superintendent and Process Plant Senior Security Co-ordinator

Confident dealing with all levels of management and Gold Security Standards
