As a Service Team Leader you will responsible for providing front line management, coaching and communication to all security officer teams within the terminal business units. Managing customer flows, security and compliance through to coaching and development of staff will all contribute to achieving great results for our staff, customers and stakeholders.
We are looking for people who have high standards in their professionalism, customer focus, and managerial skills. You will also need to be commercially astute and have a high level of resilience to deal with the day to day challenges this role will offer.
Heathrow Airport is the world’s busiest international airport, flying to over 180 destinations in over 90 countries. It is Britain’s gateway to the rest of the world. With over 65 million passengers each year, you’re bound to be busy and challenged!
You’ll be working full on a shift basis, 40 hours on average per week full time and you must be able to work at London Heathrow. Uniform and generous company benefits are all part of the package.
