POSITION SUMMARY:
Directly responsible as the functional matter expert in physical security and access control operational matters to specifically include detailed instructions and procedures for Guards to accomplish work objectives in the performance of routine, repetitive standardized tasks. This position will supervise the physical security, and access control of the Camp Virginia RPAT Yard, facilitating equipment requirements, coordinate and schedule fluctuating manning requirements, as well as track and facilitate required positional and ancillary currency training. The Security Supervisor will support the coordination, training, implementation, testing and validation of all security action plans for all security guards. Establish and implement physical protect requirements for protection employees within their control. Provides functional supervision for ensuring compliance with security requirements established by laws and contract provisions.
