Risk Manager - Afghanistan

We are looking for a “Risk manager” with international experience, especially in post conflict regions.
Responsibilities -

• Responsible for assessment and implementation of the security configuration of the PMU in Uruzgan,
•  - Security-related advisory to program management -
• Training of guards, -
• Planning and monitoring of field trips, 
• Disciplinary supervision of local security officers 
• Procurement of security equipment, and supervisory of facility management 
• Liaison with local community leaders 
• Relating on security proceedings with the GIZ- Chief Security Adviser in Kabul

Qualifications:

• University degree 
• 10+ years of professional working experience in similar positions
• 5+ years of professional working experience in planning and preparation of trainings
• Profound working experience in procurement of security equipment
• Good general understanding of rural societies in Central Asia and rural markets;
• Working experience in Afghanistan would be considered as a strong asset;
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent proficiency in English
