Role Responsibility : We now require a number of Deputy Team Leaders who will operate in PSD teams in and around the Basra area , Iraq . Employment will be on a 12-month rolling contract , offering competitive salary with an 8 weeks on , 4 weeks off, rotation. The Ideal Candidate : To be considered for these positions, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience : Essential Requirements Posses an industry recognised and affiliated Close Protection qualification Hold a valid SIA licence (Front Line Close Protection ) FPOS -I qualification MIRA qualification A minimum of 7 years Military experience A minimum of 3 years experience operating as a PSD within a hostile environment Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and direct others maturely in normal , aggressive or stressful situations or conflicts Desirable Requirements A minimum of1 year’ s commercial experience gained in Iraq within the last 3 years would be highly desirable G4 S Risk Management regrets that applications from candidates that do not demonstrate the above requirements will not be considered .
