CCTV Supervisor

Role Responsibility : Ensure that all CCTV system matters are dealt with professionally , efficiently and in accordance with laid down procedures. Reporting of security incidents to the Control Room Duty Manager (Control Room Team Leader Out Of Hours ), and the Site Manager . Co-ordination of surveillance and CCTV systems to support command and control where necessary . Ensure that accurate records are kept and all actions are logged and data stored to enable reports to be generated for analysis by the Management team . Ability to follow laid down response and escalation protocols . Implement all processes and procedures in line with national standards (NSI ) and legal requirements (DPA ). Generate Reports & Returns summarising key activities. Line management of 4 Control Room NRL Operators . The Ideal Candidate : Ability to monitor information feeds from multiple sources concurrently . Analyse information , record and report incidents. Previous leadership experience of working under pressure in a high -profile operational environment , with decision-making responsibility . Previous experience of CCTV monitoring systems , within a high profile Control or Operations Centre. A good standard of IT competency (MS Office , CCTV systems ) SIA licensed - CCTV (essential) Excellent standard of verbal and written communications . Must be able to travel to /from Olympic Park , Stratford , London E 15. 12 hour shifts , 06 : 30 – 18 : 30 (4 days /4 nights /4 off). These positions will be offered as contracts until September 2012
