ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Prioritize, plan, and conduct investigations into allegations of
fraud, theft, and employee misconduct, many of which may
include the prospect of significant liability to the company
Prepare clear and concise investigative reports including
recommendations for employee discipline, and explain
investigative findings verbally to senior business
management
Identify proactive security and investigative opportunities by
foreseeing potential gaps and liabilities. Develop and
implement investigative plans; design strategies to prevent
future exposure; and evaluate the effectiveness of the
proactive investigation process.
Global liaison with investigative contacts, external law
enforcement, prosecutors and other corporate investigation
managers to ensure optimal case outcomes and
implementation of best practices
Oversee the company's integrity hotline; Assign hotline
issues to appropriate parties and ensure that they conduct
their review in a thorough and timely manner
Coordinate executive protection and provide travel security
advice.
