Your main responsibilties will be Ensure that technical quality is assured and quality is controlled internally by Olive Group for Olive Group sponsored / delivered mine action efforts Act as Olive Group's global technical quality and technical compliance lead on mine action services, providing advice and direction as needed on manual, mechanical, canine and other methods of delivery of clearance services Review and approve / make recommendations for mine action technical service agreements and technical personnel Build a repository of mine action technical resources for Olive Group, from training and SOPs to rosters, vendor agreements, sub- contractor and teaming arrangements etc., so that mine action services can surge and ebb with minimum overhead as needed, depending on contract volume Conduct technical QA/QC visits and performance reviews of mine action projects and technical personnel Any other duties as required by the Director of Demining and
