Job Requirements •Must be a U.S. Citizen •Level 3 English proficiency •Six (6) years of experience in high threat protective security assignments •One (1) of these years shall have been in a supervisory or in-charge-capacity •Twelve (12) months of protective security experience working under the WPPS, WPPS II contract or similar program •Three (3) of these months shall have been as a WPPS or WPPS II Shift Leader, or equivalent position •Experience can be gained in the employ of any national, State/Provincial, Local or commercial entities providing high threat protective services •Required to attend the Basic WPS PSS training course •Shall maintain weapons qualification as outlined in this contract, with the Glock, M4, Shotgun, M240, M249 and M203 and familiarization fire for the AK47 •Must be at least 21 years of age •Must have valid, current driver's license and passport •In the case of military service, all military discharges must have been under honorable conditions •No impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy •Must pass detailed medical evaluation and physical fitness test •Must be able to qualify and remain current in weapons normally carried by law enforcement officers, e.g., semi-automatic pistol, rifles, sub-machine guns, and shotguns •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance and/or Public Trust Certification.......[More]
