Requirement Note:
· Should have a minimum of five years of experience in state, federal, local, private, military corrections. Two years of which must have been in Security Threat Group management.
· Demonstrated experience conducting assessment processes, preparing administrative program documents and records (i.e., program reports), working with nationals and internationals, and organizing and conducting trainings, meetings, and events.
· Strong organizational and communication skills, proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage projects of varying sizes, scopes, complexity.
· Strong problem solving ability, innovative and eager to explore new methods and technologies. Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
