Job Summary:
A. Responsible for assisting the Lead Guard with OCONUS-based static security operations on assigned DynCorp International (DI) program(s) under the direction of the Lead Guard. Assist as directed in the development of security pol Associate�s degree in associated discipline.
B. Two (2) years of military or civilian law enforcement experience in security operations may be substituted for each year of the two (2) year degree.

Principal Accountabilities:
Performs many of the following responsibilities as they pertain to assigned programs:
Responsible for assisting in designated aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and assessing performance of assigned security personnel under designated contract
Assist Lead Guard in ensuring that all security personnel to include Foreign Nationals and contract country Local Nationals are executing their assigned responsibilities efficiently and effectively (where assigned)
Assess performance of assigned security personnel and ensure proper behavior on and off duty
Assist with planning, providing and maintaining all necessary support of personnel when directed by security management to ensure mission performance
Assist in providing for off-duty needs of security personnel to include; housing, meals and activities to enable security personnel to perform their assignments without distraction
Preclude behavior that would reflect poorly on the DI, USG, the Department of State, or the local Government requesting the additional security support
Knowledge of a variety of weapons systems.
Ability to work within a multi-national team structure.
Willingness to work in a high threat environment and sometimes in austere conditions.
Preferred qualifications include military combat arms.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
Those who are not native English speakers, all local nationals and all foreign nationals will a require a minimum score of 400 on the paper based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
Knowledge of industrial security laws and regulations. .........
