Job description
Our client a multimillion dollar organization with a substantial footprint in the Kingdom and regionally is looking Head of Security. The role is to lead safety and security management and provide access to quality security information, training, policy and standards guidance, and consistent support that enables management of safety and security in accordance with Divisions Security Management Policy and Standards. You will be responsible for ensuring the security of the personnel, material/equipment and information of an organization from physical assault, fraud, industrial espionage/sabotage, robbery and arson by competitors, scamsters or terrorists.

Responsibilities
•Directly leads the Physical Security team in Saudi.
•Develops and maintains local standards and procedures to ensure execution of Physical Security strategies to include enforcement of business conduct and integrity standards, employee safety and security, investigations, crisis response, business continuity and security and government partnerships.
•Regularly communicates updates to key partners on incidents, emerging risks, and other issues that may impact companies operations, employees, or vendors.
•Works with the Executive Protection team to anticipate, identify and mitigate risks that carry a risk to leadership.
•Establishes and monitors performance metrics to determine team effectiveness.
•Works with internal communications teams to reinforce security initiatives and educate leaders on incidents that have impacted or have the potential to impact the company.
•Provides input to new construction building security systems.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree
•Fifteen or more years of regional security management experience in a large institutional or corporate campus environment
•Understand latest trends in security technology and building security systems
•Can provide oversight in the design of physical security systems to business partners
•Ability to manage large teams and relationships with cross functional partners and outside vendors
•Possesses planning, organizational, and motivational skills
•Able to write clearly and succinctly in technical and non-technical formats
•Able to infuse innovation and creativity into strategic plans
•Demonstrates courage with difficult issues despite personal risk or discomfort and supports others who do so
•Possesses knowledge in the areas of emergency/disaster management, physical security, critical incident stress management, risk management and business resiliency
•Arabic Speaking candidates will only be considered for this role.
