We are seeking an experienced Risk & Security Manager to support a confidential, high-profile private client project in Phuket.
This is a senior, client-facing role requiring a professional with strong experience across protective security, executive protection, security risk management, health & safety and operational leadership within an Ultra-High-Net-Worth environment.

Essential Requirements
Currently based in Thailand
Preferably already based in Phuket
Strong Close Protection / Executive Protection background
Recognised CP qualification with credible operational experience
CPP qualified — Certified Protection Professional — or recognised equivalent
NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification
Demonstrable Security Risk Management experience
Experience conducting Security Risk, Threat and Vulnerability Assessments
Experience developing Security Management Plans, SOPs, emergency procedures and contingency plans
Strong understanding of physical security, CCTV, access control and security technology
Experience managing security personnel, contractors and specialist providers
Strong reporting, briefing and senior stakeholder-management capability
High standards of discretion, confidentiality and professional judgement
Highly Desirable
Previous UHNW / HNW principal, family office or private-client experience
Experience within private estates, luxury residential, hospitality or high-end private environments
First aid, trauma, emergency-management or crisis-management qualifications
Significant international operational experience
Experience integrating physical and technology-led security solutions
This is not a conventional guarding-management role.
We are looking for an operationally credible, professionally qualified individual who understands that security in a UHNW environment must be discreet, proportionate, intelligence-led and client-focused.
