Job Location: Somalia, Mogadishu
We are recruiting CPOs to operate in Mogadishu in support of a 4-year contract. At this stage, CVs of potential candidates are being compiled to be sifted for suitability in preparation for online interviews. Further information regarding the terms and conditions of contractual services will be shared with those candidates who successfully reach the interview phase.
Professional Experience
* CPO minimum 5 years.
* Military or Law Enforcement minimum 5 years.
* Hostile environment minimum 3 years.
Qualifications and Certifications
* Internationally recognised CPO qualification with an in-date FREC-3 / FPOS-I qualification (Must be valid).
* Holds a category C/C1 driving licence and is firearms qualified.
* Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in the English language (C1/C2).
* Law enforcement criminal record clearance certificate.
* Medically fit certificate for a CPO role in Somalia signed by a medical Doctor.
General Professional Contract Requirements
* Total professional experience minimum 12 years.
* Must have a valid certificate for all relevant vaccinations and immunisations for Somalia.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including a positive, cooperative, discrete, and diplomatic nature.
* Customer service orientated with the ability to operate under pressure.
