We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations Lead (ROL) to oversee and coordinate operations across assigned regions within Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational leadership, driving business efficiency, and client satisfaction whilst adhering to policies and procedures.
The role requires a strong operational leader capable of managing geographically distributed operations while ensuring high service delivery standards, operational compliance, and client satisfaction.
Essential qualifications and skills include Bachelor’s degree or diploma, at least 5 years' operational experience in security, and strong client relationship management skills.
