We’ve been working on a few things in the background around instructors as we expand our training for something exciting coming up soon.
If you’ve done the job properly, worked across different clients and environments, and you’re now thinking about stepping into something more stable… this could be for you.
What matters to us:
1. Real experience. Not just tickets.
At least 5 years working as a Close Protection Operative.
2. A solid CV across different sectors and client types.
3. Confidence in front of a room and actually able to teach.
4. Ideally ex-military, but not essential
Comfortable working with and teaching foreign students.
5. Someone who wants to move into a more permanent instructor role.
6. Arabic language but not essential.
Qualifications wise, you’ll need the usual:
SIA CP licence
FREC 3
Conflict Management
Physical Intervention
A teaching qualification
There will be the standard checks in place, DBS etc. This is about taking people who’ve done the job for real and putting them in a position to shape the next generation properly.
