Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled, discreet Executive Protection / Security Driver to support a CEO based in New York City, with additional summer coverage in the Hamptons. This full-time role requires a polished professional who can maintain a low profile while ensuring the safety, security, and smooth transportation of the principal at all times.
The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of New York City, New Jersey (including Teterboro Airport), and Long Island. You will work closely with a team of drivers to ensure seamless scheduling and coverage. Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to shifting priorities is essential.
Secure Transportation Safely transport the principal to and from work, meetings, appointments, airports, private FBOs, and heliports.
Logistics & Planning Plan routes in advance for efficient and timely travel.
Communicate clearly with all relevant staff regarding itinerary and changes.
Vehicle Management Maintain assigned vehicles: keep them clean, fueled, and on a regular maintenance schedule.
Ensure all documents—including insurance, registration, and service records—are current.

Assist principals in and out of the vehicle as needed and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
