Profile, job duties and responsibilities
You will work in a highly qualified team with the aim of enabling clients’ business and safety in highrisk environments abroad. The service can involve work in various roles, for example bodyguard
or security driver.
Posting entails working in a high-risk environment with variable working hours. Therefore, you are
required to exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability and natural ability to acquire new and
complex skills. You possess a solid knowledge of foundational close protection work and military
and/or police experience from high-risk areas. The CPOs contribute to maintaining team readiness by
continuously ensuring that equipment and personal skills are at the highest level. We place great
importance on personal suitability and a flexible approach throughout all our CPO teams.
Minimum qualifications:
Must be Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Australian or UK citizen
Minimum 5 years police and/or military experience
Minimum 3 years close protection experience
Physically fit and overall healthy
CP-License, licensed in home country, by Vesper Group or recognized international
institution
Documented skills in carbine and pistol handling
Medical: TCCC or equivalent
No criminal record
English language skills equivalent to B2 level
Minimum 5 years police and/or military experience
Minimum 3 years close protection experience
Physically fit and overall healthy
CP-License, licensed in home country, by Vesper Group or recognized international
institution
Documented skills in carbine and pistol handling
Medical: TCCC or equivalent
No criminal record
English language skills equivalent to B2 level
Preferred qualifications
Qualified for heavy vehicle, equivalent for B6 armoured car or above
Higher level of medical knowledge
Arabic language skills
