Responsibilities
Deliver world-class executive protection to high-profile leaders during travel, events, and daily activities, maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety, professionalism, and discretion.
Evaluate current and emerging threats through proactive risk assessment, developing and implementing tailored protection strategies for individuals and teams.
Conduct detailed investigations and gather actionable intelligence to inform decision-making and risk mitigation, leveraging strong analytical skills and technology curiosity.
Coordinate and support the planning and security of all executive events, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
Cultivate robust working relationships with law enforcement agencies, security partners, and relevant stakeholders, embodying the company's values in every interaction.
Integrate advanced technologies and innovative solutions to address evolving security challenges, demonstrating a willingness to learn and apply new tools to complex scenarios.
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, judgement, and ethical conduct in sensitive environments.

Requirements, Skills, and Competencies
Expert ability to respond decisively in high-pressure situations, using sound judgement, tact, and technical acumen.
Previous public sector experience with a US government agency.
Continuing education in a related discipline; accreditation and certification in executive protection skills and competencies highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Adept at building trusted cross-functional partnerships and managing sensitive information.
Demonstrated interest in technology and a proactive approach to integrating emerging security solutions for enhanced risk management.
Ability to travel globally, sometimes on short notice.
