Duties
Personal security of CEO
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company assets and personnel.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Oversee the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
Train and manage security staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle various situations effectively.
Respond to incidents, investigate breaches, and implement loss prevention strategies.
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as necessary to ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, maintaining readiness for emergency situations.
Monitor security operations continuously to ensure adherence to established protocols.
Experience
