Requirements
Develop a thorough understanding of the demographics, networks and political affiliations across Iraq and specifically in the operating area.
Work closely with the client to develop a clear understanding of the locality.
Produce reporting to inform client operations.
Work closely with other Control Risks’ analytical personnel to collate data and share information.
Establish, develop, and maintain security information contacts in project areas of Basra and broader Iraq.
Advise and facilitate the production of specific mapping and overlay products as directed.

Good inter-personal skills coupled with an ability to liaise with relevant sources and agencies.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Good IT skills for database management, mapping, and presentations.
Experience and knowledge of security in the Middle East.
Experience in Threat Assessment and Risk Management best practices.
Preferred

Previous commercial operational experience as a threat analyst in the Middle East, preferably Iraq, or in a similar operating environment.
