The Guard Force Manager is integral to maintaining a secure and professionally managed Guard Force environment, directly supporting the protection of personnel, property, and operational continuity.

Position Overview:
The Guard Force Manager is integral to maintaining a secure and professionally managed Guard Force environment, directly supporting the protection of personnel, property, and operational continuity.
Responsibilities:
Supervise Guard Force personnel on duty, ensuring strict adherence to discipline, alertness, and professional conduct throughout the shift.
Ensure all security posts within the CMO compound are fully manned, with seamless shift transitions and no interruptions to security coverage.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of posts, buildings, and perimeter areas to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and enforce access control measures, including identification checks, vehicle screening, and visitor verification, in accordance with CMO security protocols.
Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, alarms, or emergencies; escalate serious events to site management as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and detailed records, including shift logs, incident reports, and formal handover notes.
Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily duties, current threat levels, and procedural updates to oncoming personnel.
Liaise with internal security elements, the Security Operations Centre (SOC), and emergency responders to coordinate incident response.
Provide ongoing guidance and on-the-job training to guards on CMO-specific procedures, threat awareness, and client service expectations.
Ensure all equipment—such as radios, flashlights, and PPE—is operational, accounted for, and used appropriately throughout the shift.
Report any security breaches, safety concerns, or procedural non-compliance directly to the Guard Force Manager for corrective action.
Required Qualifications:
All candidates must:

Required Qualifications:
All candidates must:
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be a U.S. citizen.
Must possess ten (10) years of relevant security experience, with at least five (5) years of security supervisory experience.
Be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
Be able to pass the medical and physical requirements outlined in the contract.
Meet all standards as required by the contract.
Have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent required.
Must possess a military, police, or security background.
Preferred prior experience working with international organizations, diplomatic missions, or private sector in high-risk environments.
All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and physical examination, drug screen, and psychological examination. Additionally, all candidates will be required to complete a paid pre-deployment training course.
Work Environment and Location:
Employees may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands listed below, though not fully inclusive, are that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The employee is frequently required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
