Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa requires the services of a Regional Security Manager, reporting to the Supply Chain Director. The Regional Security Manager will be responsible to manage all facets of external and internal security.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Impose access control for outside visitors and staff •Handle opening and closing procedures of the alarm systems, alarm and camera monitoring installations • Manage security business plans and compliance at all locations • Upkeep of the electrical fencing systems and ensuring functionality, daily monitoring of plant and areas • Record keeping of trucks entering and leaving premises • Managed video surveillance system • Investigate stock shortages and losses • Ensuring that specific security procedures are adhered to • Responsible for compiling the incidence reports to be send to management • Observing delivery trucks by ensuring driver adherence to monitor routes • Investigate unauthorized stops by drivers • Managed Alcohol / Substance procedure • Contract compliance • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance to work place rights / labor law for all security service suppliers • Managing budget compliance.
Skills, Experience & Education
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 • Security diploma or related field • Minimum of five (5) years' Police force experience or security agency exposure, private investigator or similar • Networking, Influencing and Communication Skills • Ability to coordinate the efforts of and drive results through people • Problem Solving & Analysis • Organizational Awareness • Written Communication & Report Writing.
