Responsibilities:
With respect to the physical security of the executives, the candidate should be well versed and have significant experience in EP. This includes working in and around groups of people, controlling the executive’s body in emergencies, walking with the executives, providing security at arrivals and departures, providing security at public and private places/gatherings, and the use of portable shielding.
Knowledgeable in emergency operations procedures, route planning, arrival and departure planning from various travel related venues, site survey /assessment abilities to ensure a safe environment for the Executives to be present in and planning for public/special event functions.
The candidate should have knowledge of surveillance and counter surveillance techniques, conducting advance work, GPS and various app’s detailed knowledge to ensure the best options for route planning.
Acts as a primary coordinator/liaison with other departments groups, contract security services and public safety personnel.
The candidate will be required to maintain the appropriate level of licensing to possess a firearm. The candidate should maintain this regulated level for the entire period of his/her employment and practice the necessary skills to be proficient in the use of firearms. The candidate should be familiar and proficient in disarming techniques for all types of weapons.
Discretion and trust are vital as the candidate must be able to maintain a high level of confidence
The candidate should have significant driving experience, attended vehicle operations courses, have tactical driving experience, knowledge of vehicle dynamics, anti-crime/terrorist driving and evasive maneuvering experience, and providing aircraft security.
Extended hours, weekends and outside of steady work hours is required in this role due to executive travel, daily/evening meetings and activities
Maintain equipment inventory and ensure operation of equipment by completing regular inspections and preventive maintenance.

Manage the Corporate Emergency Access System Program (CEAS)
Manage the Government Emergency Telecommunications System (GETS) and the Wireless Priority Service (WPS) Programs worldwide in coordination with division of the Department of Homeland Security.
Life Safety, i.e. AED deployments, CPR and First Aid Certification, Instruction and Training.
Manage CEO/ELT private Air Charter use, and various ground transportation issues and coordination. Fixed Base Operations (FBO) coordination for CEO departures/arrivals.
Manage risk as it relates to the CEO/ELT’s and Board of Directors on a daily basis and Special Events.
Manage the CEO fleet acquisition, testing, and maintenance enhancements.
Develop and manage EP Strategies.
Manage Security and Threat Assessment for CEO residence(s) (In order to modify protective profile as needed)
