We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Close Protection Officer to provide personal security and safety for our CEO based in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a proven security background, exceptional situational awareness, and experience in executive protection within corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of the CEO at all times, both on and off company premises.
Conduct regular threat assessments and implement tailored security measures based on risk analysis.
Plan and coordinate secure routes, venues, and travel itineraries for the CEO, including advance reconnaissance and contingency planning.
Escort the CEO during business meetings, public events, and private engagements, maintaining a high level of vigilance and professionalism.
Manage access control to the CEO, monitor crowds, and prevent potential threats or disturbances.
Work in close coordination with local law enforcement, company security, and relevant service providers.
Provide emergency response and crisis management in the event of security incidents.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the CEO’s activities and personal information.
Requirements:

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in close protection/bodyguard roles, preferably in a corporate or high-profile setting.
Proven background in law enforcement, military, or certified executive protection agencies.
Valid security license and/or close protection certification recognized in Hong Kong.
Excellent physical fitness and the ability to respond rapidly in emergency situations.
Strong situational awareness, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Discreet, reliable, with a high level of professional integrity.
Proficient in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage).
Flexible working hours; willingness to travel regionally and work evenings/weekends as needed.
Clean criminal record and verifiable references.
