About the role:
Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Group Risk, Safety and Security team as a Senior Corporate Security Operations Agent to be based in Doha, Qatar.
As a Senior Corporate Security Operations Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the Security Service Providers are delivering the services required through the contract by regular patrols to Qatar Airways accommodation and commercial buildings across Qatar and inspecting the physical and electronic security systems at Qatar Airways accommodation and commercial buildings and respond to security incidents and issues as they arise. You will also be responsible for independently scrutinizing the issuance of all alcohol permits, verifying information supplied in permit application documentation in English/Arabic as well as identifying suspect persons, applications and suspect documentation.

Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Group Risk, Safety and Security team as a Senior Corporate Security Operations Agent to be based in Doha, Qatar.
As a Senior Corporate Security Operations Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the Security Service Providers are delivering the services required through the contract by regular patrols to Qatar Airways accommodation and commercial buildings across Qatar and inspecting the physical and electronic security systems at Qatar Airways accommodation and commercial buildings and respond to security incidents and issues as they arise. You will also be responsible for independently scrutinizing the issuance of all alcohol permits, verifying information supplied in permit application documentation in English/Arabic as well as identifying suspect persons, applications and suspect documentation.
Specific responsibilities for the role include:
Conduct daily site visits inspection to Qatar Airways commercial and residential buildings.
Monitor and guide the security service providers to ensure the needs of Qatar Airways are met.
Work closely with CCTV operators to provide necessary information regarding ongoing investigations, control access to the CCTV room, carry out initial fact findings on CCTV investigations, and record any incidents to report to the security management.
Conduct alcohol tests and carry out right of search as authorized.
Liaise with Qatar Airways stakeholders on a daily basis on various operational activities at Qatar Airways Group Facilities.
Act as a liaison between Group Security and Local Authorities regarding ongoing investigations related to Qatar Airways Group facilities.
Assist in responding to Security and Safety occurrences and incidents affecting Qatar Airways Group facilities and its occupants.
Respond to the phone calls and assisting buildings security for their inquiries in commercial and residential buildings.
Respond and action approved QRISP requests from stakeholders, including action of HR requests with regards ID cards activation/deactivation.
Ensure the process of Data request by stakeholder through security portals (QRISP) and recording of data for future reference.
Maintain record of lost & found properties received from QR commercial & residential buildings.
Conduct document checks of alcohol permit application documentation and ensure documents are accurate to safe guard against fines that could be imposed by authorities.

Qualifications
About you
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:Relevant College or University qualification with a minimum of 2 years job-related experience.
Experience in corporate security operations.
Understanding of security investigations & reporting procedures preferred.
Knowledge of Qatar Airways security procedures and QDC policies and procedures preferred.
Basic knowledge of security technology and systems.
Knowledge of basic Airport & Security procedures.
Proven ability to deal with government authorities.
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and strong follow up skills.
Computer literate, with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft office and Oracle.
A valid driver’s license.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
