Your Role

As part of this dedicated team, you will:Provide covert/overt security to key sites in London to provide visible, professional security presence.Utilise advanced security technology and your own sound judgement to detect and respond to risks.Respond to incidents calmly and effectively, using protocols and dynamic decision-making.Safeguard people and assets, while maintaining a focus on confidentiality and client reputation.Support team operations during periods of high demand or staff absence—your flexibility matters.Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and security activity.Adapt to a variety of security scenarios, drawing on your training and operational experience.

Ideal Background
Military, law enforcement, or protective security background.Experience with access control, surveillance, patrols, or emergency response.Situational awareness and the ability to assess threats under pressure.Comfortable working independently and as part of a tight-knit team.SIA Licence preferred (The client can assist with licensing for the right candidate).Full, clean UK driving licence.Able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
