Job Description Summary
Responsible for coordinating repair and maintenance of site facility. Co-work and lead vendors and contractors performing facility maintenance for processing daily operation.
Responsible for Physical & IP security and Crisis Management (SCM) program for the protection of assets and employees. Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline.
May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge for site activities.

Role Overview:
Resolves site’s daily Facility / Security issues using GE and local regulatory complied procedures & guidelines.
Consults People Leader or site team for issues & solve security / facility matters.
Ownership of all aspects of equipment maintenance to ensure safe operation of the facility.
Lead and managing sub-contractors and ensuring timely resolution of facilities and equipment issues.
Ownership of site sustainability initiatives and action plans to business KPI’s
Manage equipment, Tools and Fire Prevention Operations in order to reach defined targets in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Lead all aspects of facility in order to provide a safe and secure workplace for the employees, contractors, visitors and suppliers to the site
At the site level: implement and manage the GE Security and Crisis Management program, identify and mitigate security and crisis management vulnerabilities and report security incidents in the GE security incident reporting system.
Identify and mitigate security risks, implementing programs to protect employees, assets, and business operations from threats including theft, vandalism, and emergencies.
Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard intellectual property, facilities, and operations.
Co-work with regional security systems projects in partnership with the Technical Security projects
Build and maintain a network of resources for regional risk assessment, investigations, intelligence gathering, and security system enhancements

With manufacturing plant facility experiences, coordinating security, and daily facility maintenance.
Mindset with learning, positive attitude of making career in GE.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing related study.
Certification of electric or mechanic is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in plant or office security, facility managing.
Leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Fluent spoken and written English skills
