As a Close Protection Officer within our Residential Security Team, you will provide physical security, protection, and general security duties for a family and executive, including driving, vehicle patrols, and other essential security functions. You will be entrusted with maintaining a secure and discreet environment while providing excellent customer service to the residence and their guests. The role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
Safeguard families and executives with utmost diligence.Engage in driving principles, mobile vehicle patrols, and other essential security functions.Maintain a secure and confidential atmosphere while delivering outstanding customer service to residents and their guests.Identify possible threats and risks, prioritise them, and determine appropriate response strategies.Evaluate risk for individuals and property, producing dynamic risk assessments.Provide physical protection through regular patrols, monitoring systems, and prompt response to alerts.Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.Manage security-related incidents and compile relevant reports.Assist with event protection, developing and implementing security and emergency plans.Participate in training and operations of the protection team.
What We’re Looking For:
What We’re Looking For:
Relevant NSW security industry licenses.Unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence.Understanding of security principles in protecting critical infrastructure, executive protection, or residential assets.Ability to work as part of a team on a 24/7 rotating roster.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to maintain composure under pressure.Strong client service orientation.Ability to work with little supervision.Experience in law enforcement, military, or high-risk security roles is highly regarded.If you have a passion for security and a commitment to excellence, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing unparalleled protection and service.
