Due to our expansion, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team in Jamaica as:
HEAD OF SECURITY
Objective:
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests, team members, contractors, and visitors during their stay at the hotel. You will continuously monitor the property’s operations and facilities. Additionally, you will maintain all key documents and systems according to the protocols established by RCD Hotels.

Requirements:
Experience in planning, organizing, and implementing security systems.Theoretical and practical knowledge of fire combat, first aid, hurricanes, search and rescue.Responsible for timely training and development of personnel. Knowledge of quality standards and audits.

Minimum of 2 years as Head of Security in the hospitality industry.
