JOB SUMMARY
ERT Team Member provide immediate tactical response IOT defend base personnel, facilities & assets against identified threats using current defensive Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP). Be prepared to assist emergency services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform duties as part of a tactical team providing rapid armed response to developing situations.
Utilize basic and advanced military/police tactics to detect, deter, defend, defeat potential threat(s) to protect clients, visitors, company employees, and secure critical proprietary facilities and assets.
Conduct search and clear operations of facilities and areas when required.
Establish cordons and entry/traffic control to areas identified as a public hazard.
Conduct training of posted sentries as required.
Participate in advanced security preparations. Perform personnel protective service detail assignments if required.
Coordinate and liaise with all other sections within Security Group for response to situations as directed by the Assistant Team Leader, Team Leader, or ERT Manager/Deputy.
Participate in daily briefings and training.
Remain cognizant of emerging threats and vulnerabilities that may adversely impact the program and communicate them to the Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, or ERT Manager/Deputy.
Act in accordance with and enforce all applicable policies, rules, regulations, and laws including but not limited to Host Nation/US governments/Corporate/Program and Security management offices.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a US national.
Must be fluent in English (Speaking and Writing).
High school diploma required.
Highly computer literate, including MS Office Suite.
Must have knowledge and experience with foreign weapon systems.
Experience with electronic security systems, static guard force operations with integrated towers, K9 support, and entry control point procedures highly preferred.
Must have prior knowledge and experience with foreign weapon systems.
Must be thoroughly familiar with standard base defense strategies.
Ability to produce clear, concise reports of sufficient quality to the Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader.
Resume defines 4 years’ experience working in security roles while assigned to a Private Security Company, US Government Agency, US Military Combat Arms MOS, US Law Enforcement, or a combination thereof.
Resume defines 3 years’ experience in security roles while assigned in any of the following countries: Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Israel.
If using military time to meet qualifications, resume must include DD-214 (other referenced certifications may be required upon request of Hiring Official).
Experience with mentoring, training, advising, or teaching foreign military, government, or law enforcement highly preferred.
Good people skills, communications skills, and ability to create and maintain positive working relationships.
