Control Risks is looking for a dynamic, agile and corporate professional to join the security team for a high-profile individual. They will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and privacy of the individual. The EP Lead will employ advanced security measures, strategic planning, and discretion to mitigate risks and respond effectively to potential threats. The EPO Lead must possess exceptional professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills to excel in their role.
The EP Lead will need to acclimate to a corporate environment, navigating a structured and professional workplace while aligning with the organisation's culture, values, and expectations.
· Personal Safety and Security
Ensures the Principles safety through ongoing risk assessments, strategic threat mitigation, 24/7 protection during travel and personal time, and swift emergency response to medical, natural, or security-related incidents.
· Travel Security
Plan and implement security protocols for Principal travel, ensuring transportation security and effective route planning. Accompany the Principal during both business trips and personal travels to maintain their safety and security throughout.
· Emergency response
Respond promptly and decisively to security incidents, emergencies, and potential threats. Coordinate effectively with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure swift and appropriate responses as required.
· Intel
Stay informed about potential security risks and developments that could impact the principal. Collaborate with intelligence agencies and other sources to gather pertinent information for proactive security measures.
· Communication
Maintain clear and concise communication with the client, security team members, and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates on security measures and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making and coordinated security efforts.Management
The EP Lead will be responsible for the development of a high functioning team to assist in the protection of the individual, developing procedures and policies, recruitment, training and ongoing management of the team.
Requirements
The sucessful applicant will have excellent writtent and verbal skills
An SIA licence (expired or current) would be preferred but not essential.
