Reference letters of employment proving that you have a minimum of 2 years experience in hostile environments, and 3 years' experience as CPO

As part of the recruitment process, all candidates must pass a physical fitness test to ensure they meet the necessary standards for the role. To qualify, each contractor must perform the following workout series within five (5) minutes, wearing an issued vest (including Level IV plates) and full tactical gear and clothing:
For men: Perform five (5) pull-ups on the pull-up bar.
For men: Perform five (5) pull-ups on the pull-up bar.
For women: Perform five (5) lateral front pulldowns (70% of body weight)
Run 200m on a pre-designated route
Perform five (5) burpees
Run 200m
Perform a 25m lift (60kg)Perform a 25m drag weight (60kg)
