The Security Risk Coordinator, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will play a critical role in supporting the organization's global risk management efforts. The Coordinator is responsible for delivering and supporting a wide range of risk management activities including the promotion of security standards and operational and third-party risk management outcomes. This role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective security risk management practices are developed, communicated, maintained, and contribute l to the overall success of the client's Corporate Security objectives.
Essential Functions:
Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Assist with the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's security risk framework and ensure it is updated and aligned with industry best practices.
Assist Global Programs & Services leadership and the Risk Management Program Manager with risk-related projects and ensure the achievement of defined scopes, on-time, and on-budget goals are achieved.
Propose, scope, and manage projects related to the continuous improvement of risk management practices, processes, and tools.
Educate and train internal stakeholders on the application of the risk framework and provide guidance and support to ensure its effective utilization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed or align risk management principles relating to business processes and decision-making.
Support the development and delivery of effective risk assessment solutions to adequately address Corporate Security's complex operating environment.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across the organization, identify, and analyze potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with business units to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, risk mitigation plans, and monitoring mechanisms.
Regularly review and update risk assessments to adapt to changing business conditions and external factors.
Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on the status of the global risk program to Corporate Security leadership and stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact for internal customers seeking guidance on risk-related matters and provide timely and accurate information.
Research and stay current with relevant industry regulations and standards related to risk management.
Ensure that the organization's risk practices and processes comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Implement best practices in risk management to drive operational excellence.
Provision concise, detailed reports and technical analysis, to customers, based on concrete evidence and verified datasets.
Interact with industry SMEs, vendors, customers, other contingent workers, Corporate Security teams, and the wider client organization to align projects, capabilities, and best practices.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:
