Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Manager at Raffles Seychelles in Victoria. The Security Manager will be responsible for managing physical security and ensuring the overall safety and security of the resort. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting security assessments, implementing security protocols, managing security personnel, monitoring security systems, and coordinating emergency response procedures.

Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role is desirable in a 5 star resort.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Understanding and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Experience in security management.
Knowledge of security systems and protocols
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to security
Certifications in security management or related fields are a plus.
