Project Summary:
PRO-telligent supports the U.S. Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Overseas Building Operations’ (OBO) development, implementation, and execution of Construction Security Monitoring Programs at select overseas diplomatic facilities.

Position Summary:
The Site Security Coordinator (SSC) will assist the DoS Security Office with the day-to-day security coordination and management of an OBO construction project in Kinshasa, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). This position will also support construction security monitoring activities in Kinshasa, DRC. The SSC will be responsible for a variety of operational and management-type duties. The anticipated duration of this assignment is 11.5 months.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Regional Security Officer (RSO) or other designated U.S. Government representative on site with carrying out daily tasks to support project security management.
Coordinate access control operations for construction site.
Receive, review, and submit background investigation packages.
Provide escort and Construction Surveillance Technician services as needed.
Complete weekly activity reports.
Other duties as assigned by RSO or other designated U.S. Government representative.

Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Minimum of two years of experience on a construction security monitoring program required.
Experience in guard and construction surveillance functions required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Minimum 21 years of age is required.
Maintain a Top-Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance required.
Ability to meet all contractual medical requirements.
Proficiency in reading and speaking in English, and be able to write legible, concise reports in English.
