As part of a recruitment, Amarante International is looking for a Senior Security Manager based in Warsaw, Poland.

The SSM will be responsible of directing the workforce as well as to be the liaison with the Project Manager. The SSM must be always available to receive and implement orders or special instructions.

The Senior Security Manager has the following main responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement evacuation protocols for document archives and supervise emergency evacuation situations.
2. Execute special project programs to protect corporate assets and executives in Poland
3. Monitor security subcontractors' contract performance, advise on system improvements, and conduct inspections.
4. Oversee compliance with security and criminal codes, monitor for cyber threats, and report violations promptly.
5. Ensure safety and security for the company's personnel in Poland, managing IT support and network security.
6. Select equipment for effective security systems, oversee vehicle fleet maintenance, and manage equipment inventory.
7. Coordinate repair work and implement security measures at field offices and office sites as directed.
8. Organize and maintain satellite and emergency communication systems, liaise with law enforcement agencies, and draft strategic threat analysis reports.
9. Conduct background checks, hire investigation companies, and supervise security personnel training.
10. Maintain incident report database, update security personnel records, and assist in setting up security structures and protocols.


Minimum requirements:
• Be physically fit to perform all assigned duties;
• Proficient/independent in Polish language + specific English language level C2;
• Clear criminal record certificate (Must be provided);
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including positive, cooperative, discrete and diplomatic nature;
• Customer service orientation;
• Ability to operate well under pressure. Qualifications and skills:
• IT and radio literate; conversant with Sat phones or similar communication means;
• Proficient user in English language (min. level required: C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages);
• Be physically able to perform all general duties, functions, and activities;
• Relevant working experience in Poland;


General professional experience:
• Experience in the security environment with international organizations will be considered as a strong asset.
