About the Role:
Panoptic Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Security Driver to join our executive protection team in Melbourne, Victoria. This full-time role is ideal for a candidate with a background in either law enforcement or the Australian Defence Force, possessing specialised qualifications in defensive driving and executive/close protection. Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday, however, there may be some night shifts and occasional overtime additional duties as requested by the principal. This role is residential in Victoria due to duty hours, relocation and accommodation are at the expense of the applicant.

Provide secure transportation and ensure the safety of principals during travel.
Maintain vehicle readiness, including cleanliness and routine maintenance.
Plan routes, manage journeys, and conduct advance reconnaissance.
Support the Residential Security Team with site security as needed.
Qualifications:

Open drivers license.
Recognised government or in-service qualification demonstrating core competencies in defensive driving or executive/close protection.
Minimum 2 years of experience in defensive driving or executive/close protection.
Victorian security license, or ability to obtain one upon employment.
First Aid Certificate or ability to gain one; higher medical qualifications will be favourable.
Skills and Abilities:
Recognised government or in-service qualification demonstrating core competencies in defensive driving or executive/close protection.
Minimum 2 years of experience in defensive driving or executive/close protection.
Victorian security license, or ability to obtain one upon employment.
First Aid Certificate or ability to gain one; higher medical qualifications will be favourable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
