The Mission

The Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) Intelligence Support Services Contract (CISSC) provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.

More About The Role

Play an intricate role in the development and analysis of potential CI threats, insider threats, and Green on Blue threats
Directly support our HUMINT and CI operations under CJTF-OIR.
Develop all-source association matrices on individuals identified in reporting.
Construct link diagrams.
Develop Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR)/ Host Nation Information Requirements (HNIR)/IR analysis of reporting.
Perform general intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism, HUMINT, Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Southwest Asia regional issues, political/military analysis, and targeting as requested. Log new requirements into tracker.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

Experience – at least two years of experience with former MOS 18F, 35L, 35M, 351L/M, 97B, 97E, 35E, or civilian 1811/0132 OR USMC – 0204 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Officer, 0210 CI/HUMINT Operations Officer, 0211 CI/HUMINT Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst OR USAF – 71S1 Special Investigator (SI) OR other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes
Clearance – SECRET (TS/SCI preferable/desired)
Special skills or qualifications (all required) –Experience with debriefing and investigative methodologies
Experience with SIPRNet search engines and database retrieval tools such as QueryTree and M3
Experience supporting CI operations or acting in the capacity of / performing the mission of a CI agent.
In addition to the above, the following are Highly Desired qualifications and/or experience that are NOT required:

Education – Government CI credentialing course
Experience in either CI/HUMINT, CT and political/military analysis in other AORs
TS/SCI
